March 10, 2010 For 40 years, Stadium Drive Elementary students and their dads have gathered to shoot hoops, run races and hula hoop during the school's annual Gym Night with Dad. On Wednesday evening, March 3, approximately 55 fourth-graders and their dads joined forces for an evening of games and refreshments, all put together by physical education instructor Janet Douds. March 4, 2010 Isabelle McCloskey, 10, and her sister Jocelynn McCloskey, 8, of Poland found some good use for the recent snows. These two girls and their father Skip McCloskey, a 51-year-old U.S. Air Force veteran, took time from their home schooling to show off their artistic talents and their patriotism. Isabelle is in her fifth year of ice-skating competitions at the Ice Zone and Jocelynn wants to be an artist. “I would say both are on their way,” said Skip. » Full Story
