Kaney and Doinoff exchange vows at California vineyard

A ceremony on the grounds of Trentadue Winery in Geyserville, Calif., joined the lives of Jeffrey Alexander Doinoff and his bride, Heidi Christine Kaney, on Sept. 26, 2008. The Rev. Peadar Dalton officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception in the Sala del Leone Events Center at Trentadue. The parents of the bride are David Kaney and Margaret Ann Matich-Kaney, both of Redlands, Calif. The groom's parents are Henry and Jean Doinoff of Austintown. For her wedding, the bride chose a pleated ivory chiffon gown from the San Patrick Collection of Spain, while the groom wore an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with an azure tie. Members of the wedding party included Kristen Kaney Hahn of Fort Mills, S.C., sister of the bride; Nicholas Doinoff of North Lima, brother of the groom; Mara Comadena of Redlands, Calif., friend of the bride; Laurence Cummins of Chicago, friend of the groom; and Guy and Jayne Damore of Canfield, uncle and aunt of the groom. The flower girl was Gina Gorczyca of North Ridgeville, niece of the groom, and the ring bearers were Gregory Gorczyca and Zachary Gorczyca of North Ridgeville, nephews of the groom. The bride is a graduate of the University of San Diego, with a bachelor of arts in international relations. Licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers, she is a sales consultant to financial advisors for Nuveen Investments. The groom earned a bachelor of science from Ohio State University in Columbus and a master's of business administration in finance from the University of Cincinnati. A certified CFA, he is a vice president in equity analysis and portfolio management for Madison Investment Advisors.
