Aug. 8, 1:35 p.m. -- Following a call to Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd., regarding a shoplifter, Robert M. Sudimak, 47, 6110 Market St., Boardman, was charged with theft.

3:52 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Dim'Elvin R. Johnson, 19, 344 Judson Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft.

6:30 p.m. -- Custody was taken from Youngstown Police of James J. Sheets, 28, 1544 Midland Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant to theft, and Christy N. Rohn, 22, 3782 Baymar Drive, Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for complicity to theft.

6:54 p.m. -- Custody was taken from Ohio Highway Patrol troopers of Michael Phillips, 57, 323 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for theft.

7:47 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Kristin M. Nagy, 31, 11711 Ellsworth Road, North Jackson, was charged with theft.

Aug. 9, 1:23 a.m. -- Following a call to 7443 Glenwood Ave. regarding a person demanding to speak with officers, Charles J. Patton, 54, of that address was charged with disrupting public service, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

3:51 p.m. -- Following a call to Family Dollar, 4028 South Ave., regarding a robbery, Lauren J. Hanlon, 54, 1815 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was charged with theft and taken into custody on an active Boardman warrant for theft, Stephen M. Hanlon, 60, of the same address was charged with complicity to robbery and obstructing justice, and Jason R. Henninger, 36, also from the same address was taken into custody on a Boardman warrant for theft.

Aug. 10, 3:05 a.m. -- Following a call to 5416 Sheridan Road for an intoxicated person, Anthony S. Crone, 43, 5416 Sheridan Road, Poland, was charged with domestic violence, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and inducing panic.

3:10 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Domonique M. Johnson, 30, 32 Willis St., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Canfield warrant for failure to appear.

Aug. 11, 8:16 p.m. -- Following a call to a Salinas Trail residence regarding a domestic situation, a 16-year-old Boardman male was charged with domestic violence.

Aug. 13, 3:40 p.m. -- Following a call to Dillards, 7401 Market St., regarding a shoplifter, Scarlett C. Smallwood, 22, 56 Oneta Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft.

5:03 p.m. -- Following a dispatch to Southern Boulevard and Melrose Avenue regarding a female staggering in the roadway, Candace R. White, 31, 474 Orlo Drive, Boardman, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear on felony narcotic charges.

7:30 p.m. -- Custody was taken from Mahoning County deputies of Jaime M. Kohut, 33, 438 N. Bon Air St., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for burglary.

Aug. 14, 3:43 a.m. -- Following a call to Lockwood Boulevard regarding a person appearing to be high, Brennan A. Diana, 23, 5771 Rosewood Drive, Boardman, was charged with obstructing official business and was taken into custody on a Canfield warrant for aggravated menacing.

Police also responded to the following during the period:

12 Domestic disputes with no arrests made.

19 Reports of theft.

4 Reports of criminal damaging.

1 Report of telecommunications harassment.
