Sept. 5, 4:40 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Kristopher C. Ketcham, 37, 1936 Stewart Drive, Warren, was charged with receiving stolen property and driving without a legal driver's license, and was cited for obstruction of license plates.
Sept. 7, 8:51 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Rebecca L. Evans, 23, 122 Ohio Ave., Niles, was cited for possession of marijuana and a loud exhaust.
Sept. 8, 4:25 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Paul C. Benincase, 26, 1141 N. Liberty St., New Castle, Pa., was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license.
6:10 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Lisa A. Bury, 42, 2434 Walden Court, Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension.
Sept. 10, 8 a.m. -- A report was taken at 70 W. McKinley Way regarding the theft of a $150 lamp.
Sept. 11, 12 p.m. -- An investigation was conducted into damage done to a door at Poland Middle School.
4:27 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Jason A. Morrison, 36, 2994 Selkirk Bush Road, Warren, was charged with failure to reinstate driver's license.
10:06 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Abdul E. Jehad Alkhunaizy, 19, 139 Madison Ave., Youngstown, was charged with driving under suspension restrictions.
Sept. 12, 6:17 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Samuel T. Kelley, 26, 14314 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Petersburg, was charged with carrying concealed weapons (knives), carrying concealed weapons-dangerous ordinance, and was taken into custody on a Struthers Municipal Court warrant for domestic violence.
Sept. 13, 8:56 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, William C. Elgin, 50, 608 Glade Run Road, Kittanning, Pa., was charged with falsification.
Sept. 14, 1:45 p.m. -- Mutual aid assistance was provided to Poland Township Police regarding a traffic stop at Knollwood and state Route 170 with four males in a vehicle and drugs suspected.
