Sonar Technician (Surface) 2nd Class Andrew Mastropietro, from Poland, Ohio, controls the winches that extend and retract the SLQ-25/25A Nixie towed torpedo decoy into the ocean during a torpedo countermeasures systems stream aboard the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), as part of sea trials.
