The Poland Women's Club, a social and philanthropic organization, is committed to participation in community affairs and assisting those in need. Recently, the PWC distributed $11,000 to non-profit organizations, scholarships and philanthropic efforts in Poland area.

The Hope Center for Cancer Care is one of several beneficiaries of the Poland Women's Club and was presented with $1,000 to support its Silver Lining Campaign. Another recipient of funds was the Celebrate Poland Committee which hosts an annual family-friendly celebration in honor of the community of Poland, Ohio.

Funds raised by The Poland Women's Club come mainly from the annual "Ladies Night Out" Quarter Auction hosted by the membership each fall. This fun evening, which includes dinner, has been a sell-out for the past several years. The 2018 "Ladies Night Out" Quarter Auction will be held on October 29 at the Holy Family Parish Hall in Poland. For more information, contact Linda Weaver at 330-503-5801.
