Four Boardman video production students and Media Director Chris Clones will be recognized at the Columbus Statehouse Thursday, Jan. 24, at the "Celebrate Public Education" PEP Awards. This is the second trip to Columbus this year for the BSTN crew who won the Ohio School Board Association's "Stand Up For Public Schools" video contest in November.

This week, Jan. 20-26, is Ohio's Public Education Week. PEP, or Public Education Partners, is the statewide advocacy group sponsoring this annual event inside the Atrium at the Statehouse. They invite teachers and students from outstanding programs across Ohio to share their talents on stage.

The Boardman BSTN video team includes seniors Megan Frye, James Valentin, Matthew Welton and sophomore Sam Holter.
