The Boardman Civic Association awarded CTW Development Corp. the 2019 New Construction Building Award for its Tiffany Crossings project during the association's Annual Awards Dinner on Monday, March 18, at the Boardman Township Park Community Center.

"For their continued investment in Boardman, and specifically the new Tiffany Crossings project, we are proud to award CTW Development the Boardman Civic Association's 2019 New Building Award," said Mark Luke, BCA secretary.

CTW, a Boardman-based commercial and residential development company, has developed more than 600 residential home sites in and around the Mahoning Valley and offers more than 1.5 million square feet of office and retail space, including Tiffany Crossings retail plaza on the corner of Route 224 and Tiffany South in Boardman.

Brad Whitman, CTW vice president and project manager of the Tiffany project, accepted the award.

"Being a local company, we are committed to our community and making Boardman a nice place to call home," Whitman said. "We were determined to revamp Tiffany Crossings and create a landmark piece."

CTW redeveloped the plaza from the ground up in early 2017 and finalized the project in 2018 with the completion of a stand-alone Dunkin' Donuts, which sits at 2,400 square feet and includes a drive thru. The project was constructed in three phases so that businesses could gradually move into the new building while remaining open, Whitman noted.

At 19,700 square feet, Tiffany Crossings features local, regional and national businesses, including Dunkin' Donuts, Subway, Papa Johns, Tax 29, Hometown Urgent Care, The Social Studio, Express Mart, Eyemart Express and NovaCare Rehabilitation.

New tenants are scheduled to join as the year progresses, bringing the plaza to full occupancy.
