Over the weekend the Canfield Fairgrounds were flooded with cars entered in the 32nd Annual Hot Rod Super Nationals. According to event organizers, the turnout was good even thought rain threatened to dampen the event.

Three generations enjoyed this year’s Super Nationals as Joe A., Joe V., and Joey Warino made sure the “Cuda” was well represented. The trio are standing between Joe A.’s 1971 Plymouth Baricuda, which won Best of Show at the Dublin car show the prior weekend, and Joe V.’s 1969 Barracuda that won a fair share of trophies over the years. Joe V. stills resides in Canfield, but Joe A ( a 1996 CHS graduate) and Joey are from Columbus.
