Some of the members showcased their culinary skills by bringing food that they learned how to make while completing their nutrition projects.

Members also participated in several judging events over the summer. 4-H'ers Unlimited members participated in Food and Nutrition judging, Clothing judging, Small Project judging, Cloverbud judging, and Safety judging. During these judging events, members received numerous awards. County awards were received by James Scullen and Kellin Williams. Additionally, several members were awarded State Fair selections. State Fair qualifiers included: Ethan Knauf, Katherine Pomponio, Emily Heino, Faith Fisher, and Kaleigh Williams. Additional accolades go out to Kaleigh Williams who received an Outstanding of the Day (top 20-percent) for her Quilting project and also received the Clock Trophy (first place) for her Climbing Up: Cat Level 2 project.

At the summer meetings, several members gave informational presentations about their projects and also about the animals they planned to take to fair. Finally, the Canfield Fair is always a big event for 4-H. This is where those who took animal projects get to show off all of their hard work. Taking care of animals, especially market animals, is a huge responsibility. It not only includes feeding, grooming, and cleaning, but also exercising and learning about your animal. Because of their hard work and dedication, members performed exceptionally well at the fair this year.
