The beetles
Anyone else seeing a lot of leaf damage from Japanese beetles. They seem to be everywhere and in greater number than in recent years. What gives?

He was screaming like someone was stabbing him so I guess the extraction was quite painful but he was able to walk out so I'm guessing there wasn't any damage done internally.

True story - I was in a local hospital and a man came into the emergency room with these beetles in his ear canal.
